Terms And Conditions

For week long stays, changeover days are normally a Saturday but alternative arrangements can be made with the booking agent, Susan Graham Short Breaks are Mon., Tues.,Wed., Thurs., or Frid., Sat., Sun.

A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required on booking, the balance being due four weeks before arrival.
Booking made within 4 weeks of arrival should be paid in full at time of booking.
Payment should be by either cheque or cash.
Cheques made payable to Swallow Cottage.
In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let but if this is unsuccessful, the balance will be payable.

Holiday insurance is therefore strongly recommended.

If due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel your booking; all payments will be returned in full.

Swallow Cottage will be available for you by 4pm and the property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow access for cleaning.
The cottage is for holiday let only, the person making the booking being responsible for any damage caused.
The cottage must not be sub-let.
No responsibility can be taken for guest injury or loss or damage to guest’s property during stay at the cottage.
Swallow Cottage should be left clean and tidy on departure.
We reserve the right to make an extra service charge of Ł30-00 if this is found not to be the case.
All damages and losses will be charged for in full.

Swallow Cottage is a total ‘No Smoking House’ and regret unable to accept pets.
